Delicious! My whole family loved this recipe and my 11 yr old son keeps telling me I have to make it again VERY soon! I did not have the red peppers or refried beans so I omitted them and after reading some reviews, added a can of drained black beans and some green enchilada sauce. I doubled this recipe since we have a large family and I made one torte in the pie dish and one in a springform pan (following recommendation from another reviewer) and the torte in the springform pan turned out better. It was more solid in its consistency, easier to cut and serve and had more depth.
