Kristy's Lasagna

I'm not sure if it's a typo, but 5 tablespoons of Italian seasoning seems like way too much. I cut it down to about 3, and it was still too overpowering. Maybe if it was cut to 1-2 tbsp, it would blend better. The lasagne did turn out pretty, though! Glad it was not for a crowd on the first try.

Slow Cooker Barbeque

Great recipe! I used a pork roast instead, and used a combination of a vinegar-based sauce and a sweeter, spicy sauce. I also used a sliced yellow onion and a couple dashes of Tabasco. Cooked for 12 hours, drained off most sauce, pulled the pork and removed remaining fat, then added the other halves of both bottles of sauce and cooked for another hour. Delicious on toasted french bread. This is the second time I've made this recipe, and my boyfriend practically drools every time he talks about it!
