About this Cook
I'm a stay-home wife and mommy to 4 beautiful kids. I have 3 boys and a little girl.
My favorite things to cook
Anything fast, easy and kiddo approved. I love using my slow-cooker.
My cooking triumphs
I'm always learning. I consider myself an average cook. Especially since I just mastered perfect pancakes. ;-)
My cooking tragedies
I have way too many to list here! My most embarassing one was trying to do an Ina Garten recipe. Goat cheese tarts. I learned quickly that when a recipe calls for a fresh herb, DO NOT substitute a dried one!

Slow Cooker Spaghetti Chicken
I love chicken spaghetti and especially this recipe! I cooked my chicken breasts in the slow cooker and then removed and cubed them. I added my tomatoes and chiles, soup mixture and cubed cheese in the crock pot with the chicken juices that had cooked off. Once the mixture is smooth and the cheese is melted, I added the cooked noodles and chicken, mixed and allowed to simmer on low for 40-50 minutes. Cooking the chicken in the crock pot makes it more of a slow-cooker recipe, but this is done easily on the stove too. So tasty and easy!!

Bloody Mary Chicken
I added a chopped onion, fresh chopped garlic, and a can of Italian stewed tomatoes. When it was done cooking I shredded the chicken and stirred in some sour cream. We ate the chicken over rice and it was pretty good. My kids and hubby liked itr and asked for it to go on the "make again" list.
