No Bake Cookies V

Easy as 123...these turned out FAB. Only reason I rated a 4 is because I made adjustments. Took advise of other folks and did the following added my modifications. MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS PREMEASURED AND IN SEPARATE CONTAINERS SET KITCHEN TIMER TO ONE MIN BUT DONT TURN ON JUST YET. Put milk and butter in pan turn on heat, add cocoa (4tbs) then add sugar. CONSTANTELY stir at all times mixure will come to a rolling boil even while stirring. Once rolling boil starts TURN ON TIMER. Keep stirring until timer goes off. Take pot off heat add salt, then vanilla (9 teaspoons= shot glass full) keep stirring add peanut butter (I did creamy) keep stirring then add oats. Stirring mixure until completely mixed. FINETO! Me and my son could not get them on the wax paper as we were too busy eating from the spoon! FAB FAB FAB!

Crab Rangoon III

Very good recipe...followed someone elses instructions on adding 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. Didnt care for the color but it was really good. I ended up making a second batch without it and preferred it just as well. Rated it a 4 only because of my modification. I only used 1/2 8 oz pkg of imitation crab meat I do know with the amount of crabmeat called for in this recipe it would have been too crabby for me. I too added chopped green onions aprox 1/2 cup. I do prefer the cream cheese taste in my rangoons. Very good recipe.

Breaded Hamburgers

I feel bad about this one. This didnt go over well but it didnt go over bad either with the family. My mother ended up adding bbq sauce to the top of her burger to get it down but she did eat it all up. My boyfriend said it was not bad at all but it lacked flavor and that might be my fault. My son watched me season the meat and when he tasted it he said that with as much seasoning i put in the meat he thought the taste would be stronger than what it was. So I would suggest ensuring the seasoning is appropiate to really capture the taste folks will enjoy.

Stuffed Chicken Breasts with Cornbread Dressing

This was a hit with my family and mother who hates that I cook chicken so much. I didnt have any extra cornbread on hand so I cheated and added Stove top. I just added a half of cup more water to the directions so that it wouldnt dry out while baking. It was a SMASH hit for the family.
