Sour Cream Macaroni Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2012
I have to agree with some of you, this is a yummy recipe. I love the consistency, it's firm & it holds. I also agree that you should add your own other ingredients, other than that it's a keeper.

Marshmallow Peanut Butter Dip

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2011
Not a bad treat. Really simply and to the point. The kids loved it. They ate it with apple slices. I only made this because I had a bag of leftover marshmallow I needed to get rid of. So, I melted the marshmallows in the micro and add the rest of the ingredients.

Coconut Rice

This is an awesome rice. I can't believe it! The family couldn't get enough of it. This is definitely a keeper. Also, I suggest adding some tumeric powder mainly for coloring. And best to simmer alittle longer than the 25min. You can avoid that pasty texture. Bon Appetite!!!

Easy Chicken Curry

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2011
A big thank you to the creator of this simply, quick and delicious dish. Finally!! A curry chicken I can make without a certain something missing. I do strongly agree with other reviewers about adding a cup of (low sodium) chicken broth, thus the sauce you need. I also added some salsa sauce, or you can add alittle tomato paste; peas/carrots frozen mix. Fabolous dish...a keeper for life!

Garlic Bread Fantastique

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2011
Very delicious recipe I must say. My kids loved them so much that they didn't bother with the other prepared items for dinner. For those who's going to try this one, I would suggest omitting the salt. Since the mayo & perhaps the butter already have the sodium you need.

Cream Cheese Corn

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2011
It's not a bad side dish. I agree it does look plain and perhaps tastes less wow for others , therefore you will attempt to make it "colorful" or twig with the recipe a little bit. Good luck.

Pumpkin Roll II

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2011
It was ok, but no cigar. #1 it cracked and #2 too dry. I omitted the walnuts for raisians due to allergy.

Maria's Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: May 19, 2010
There are thousands of reviewers here that are giving way too much praises to this dish. To 1st time tryers, take heed to the other reviewers, including me, that the chicken does come out dry, boring to the taste buds and way too much mixture left over. Not a keeper.

It was ok. Different. It was a hit with the kids...and mind you my kids are picky eaters. Will do again.

Garlic Red Potatoes

Reviewed: May 1, 2010
I expected one of those boring flavored baked potatoes, guess what...this recipe is not. It is unbelieveably good. Your taste bud will id every ingredient! I took the advice of other reviewers, and boiled the potatoes (the small ones, quartered) for 5 min, then baked covered for 30 min, and lastly baked uncovered until roasted brown. This is a keeper. Thx.
