I used this recipe twice. Once for a cake for my sister, where we used marshmallow fluff, and once for a cake dummy for my son who can't eat cake, just for something to stick candles into. When we used the marshmallow fluff, it took *FOREVER* to knead all the powdered sugar in and my arms, wrists and fingers were so swollen and achey the next day I almost didn't want to touch this recipe ever again. Following the recipe and using just enough powdered sugar to get the desired smoothness made this the easiest and prettiest fondant I've seen. And I am by no means a professional cake decorator. I plan to use this recipe again and again. Thank you so much!
