Easy Chicken Enchilada Crescent Bake

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2011
Awesome the first time I made it, but have made it several times since and it wasn't as awesome. I think it's "too much of a good thing" so use this dish as a treat not a staple.

Cheesy Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2011
Followed the advice of other reviewer and loosely covered the chicken. Husband loved it, I thought it was good too....but not wonderful.

Rice A Roni™ Salad

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2011
I did not have RiceARoni on hand, so I used Near East Rice Chicken flavor...same sort of thing. It came out great! The scallions I used were very strong, so it overpowered a little...but the taste was shockingly good anyway! Great summer dish - thanks for the recipe!

Chicken Crunch

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2011
Very easy recipe, looking forward to eating the leftovers for lunch! My kids weren't huge fans of the sauce (they're 4) but they ate just the chicken fine.

Cream Cheese Christmas Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2010
These tasted good, but they are sort of boring. I wouldn't spend this much time on a cookie unless it's more flavorful. Good with coffee or tea.

Slow Cooker Cranberry Roast

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2010
I do not like cranberry sauce (or gravy generally), but really enjoyed this meal (w/ lots of gravy!) I was hesitant with only adding the dry ingredients with the can of cranberry sauce, so I added about 1/4 c water to the dry onion mix. I do not think it was needed though...there was plenty of liquids once the roast was done (1/4 c wouldn't have been missed). I also added carrots and potatoes at about half way through the cooking - came out great! Thanks for sharing!!

Avocado Scrambled Eggs

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2010
I wasn't thrilled with this. I like avocado, eggs and bacon...but it didn't quite seem to work together. I thought it was a bit bland. If there was another ingredient to give it more pizazz, it might be fine...but as is, it wasn't great for me. I'm not a sassy cook, so I wouldn't know what would work to make it better...

Cajun Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2011
I used frozen red/green peppers, and light cream, which may have made a big difference in the final product...but I probably wouldn't make it again as it did not taste very cajun-y (like the restaurants) it was sort of bland.

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2013
I make them with Dark Chocolate Chips and Whole Wheat flour - so I feel like I'm indulging yet being healthy! I made them for a work-Holiday party and my boss was shocked he had 5 in less than 10 min!!

Mom's Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2010
These are better than the cookies on the back of the chocolate chip package, but I've had better chocolate chip cookies before and I was hoping these were them. I will definitely replace my usual recipe with this. I will also try the cheescake pudding mix next. Thanks for the ideas!

Chicken Pot Pie I

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2010
Very easy and tastey - I used refrigerated pie crust, and had to bake it for a few minutes first, but othewise stuck to the recipe. I will keep this as a dinner staple! Thanks!!

Easy Tuscan Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2014
We all loved it - husband and twin boys included! I used chicken broth instead of wine (none on hand) but will try wine next time. Also, will add more artichokes - love artichokes! Thanks for the recipe - it's a keeper!

Black Bean and Corn Salad II

Reviewed: Aug. 10, 2014
This recipe was great! My husband and I both loved it! I didn't have fresh cilantro so I used frozen cilantro and whisked it into the lime dressing - it worked great! Next time I will use less corn, and more artichoke - Thanks for the recipe!

All-Natural No-Bake Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2014
I followed the recipe to a "T" and will definitely be making it again - so good and NATURAL which is what I love so much! Next time, I'm going to try with a little less honey (or Maple Syrup) and less coconut oil. The reviews have been spot on - my 8 year old sons and my not-a-chocolate lover husband all loved them!! Thanks for sharing!
