I have to review this. This was soooo good! :) I really, really loved it. I froze the steak for a few hours so I can slice it easier (don't freeze it for too long or you won't be able to slice it at all!). After that I mixed all ingredients and marinated it overnight. I think it's important you marinate it for 6 hours or more - since in mine the flavor was so amazing! I told my hubby this definitely goes into our 'repeat' pile. :) When I grilled it I was basting them with the sauce also. Afterwards I had some Romaine Lettuce in the fridge and we just pulled some leaves and wrapped the beef and ate it like that. Again, really good and light. Thumbs up!
