Flounder Mediterranean

Made this tonight for my family and we all absolutely loved it! It was just the right combination of onions, garlic, capers, etc...I did omit the olives and used fire roasted tomatoes from the can because of time. We also don't like olives but that was the only change. Can't say enough about how good it was!

Tasty Collard Greens

This was my first time eating or cooking collard greens. All I can say is YUMMY! I didn't have a smoked turkey drumstick so I used Liquid Smoke. I can't wait to make them again. Thank you for this recipe.

Catherine's Spicy Chicken Soup

I made this for my bible study group and everyone said," You can bring this soup any time!" Great recipe! I did use V8 in place of the tomato soup but other than that I did it exactly like the recipe.

Cod with Italian Crumb Topping

I thought it was great! Used Mexican Parmesan (stronger flavor for those who thought it was bland) and fresh fish (someone said it was soggy, that can happen with frozen fish) Also I crumbled up italian croutons since I didn't have bread crumbs. I would highly recommend it.

Chicken Penne with Asparagus, Sun-dried Tomatoes, and Artichoke Hearts
