This recipe turned out great! I read the reviews after making it, only to find out that people were having trouble with the hashbrowns cooking all the way through unless they precooked them. I had no issue with this, but I wondered if those that did were using the diced potato "homefry" style and confusing it with the shredded potato "hashbrown" style. I used the frozen shredded potato and it cooked all the way through, no extra steps required and it tasted great! I did add 1 teaspoon salt, but that is my preference.
