Geneva's Ultimate Hungarian Mushroom Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 1, 2011
This was ok, however, I thought the consistency was a little thin. Also, I'll definitely add more paprika next time.

Spicy Tomato Bisque with Grilled Brie Toast

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2011
For everyone who is have trouble getting the cream cheese to blend into the soup... cut it into chunks and let it come to room temperature. It will soften the cheese and allows it to melt perfectly.

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2011
As written I give it 4 stars as the dressing didn't seem to be enough. I doubled the dressing and it was perfect!

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2010
I'm vegetarian so I swapped out the chicken for Quron fake chicken and vegetable broth for the chicken broth. I also added and extra 1/4 c to the broth and milk. I didn't have celery seed. Instead I used thyme and rosemary.

Pasta Primavera with Italian Turkey Sausage

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2010
My husband and I both loved this... I'm vegetarian so we cooked the sausage and set it to the side for just his portion. I used 15 oz can of diced tomatoes (with basil, oregano, garlic), omitted the fresh basil and only used enough olive oil to sautee the vegetables.
