Easy Guacamole

Salsa Chicken Rice Casserole

I made it following the recipe exactly. Very tasty and easy to make. Only problem is onion comes out very crunchy. Onion should probably be cooked ahead of time with the chicken.

Cookie Jar Nut Cookies

Really spicy/nutty cookie. I made them with pecans because that's what I had on hand. I also cut the salt in half based on another reviewer. They were tasty and easy to make.
