I have made this recipe several times, but have changed it alot. I cook it in a pie dish and crunch up the taco chips right on top of the cresent rolls. I don't bake the rolls. I add the meat with the seasoning and I add onions while I am cooking the beef. After I put the meat on top of the crust/chips I layer on more crunched up chips. then I add a whole layer of sour cream and top it off with the cheese. I bake it in the over at 350 for at least 30 minutes. You have to keep checking to make sure the crust is done on the bottom. I let it sit about 10 minutes, then I garnish it with lettuce, tomato and black olives. Serve with a side of salsa. My family LOVES it.
