Butterscotch Candy
I attempted this recipe 3 times. The first time i put it in a pot that was too large and it burned (my fault!). The second time I put it in a smaller pot. I waited for the candy thermometer to reach 280, and just as it did, it burned.... The third time I FINALLY got it right... but in my opinion it just wasn't worth the effort...

Flat Iron Steak with Three Pepper Rub
Just finished scarfing down this great recipe! Both my husband and I loved it! I found it had a little spiciness, but not overwhelming at all. It had an amazing flavor! I only let it marinate for 2 hours, which makes me wonder how it would have tasted if i marinated for 5 or more hours! I will definately be using this recipe again! Thanks for a wonderful recipe!

Amazing Southwest Cilantro Lime Mango Grilled Chicken Sandwiches
Just finished eating this amazing sandwich! The only thing I changed was using pineapple instead of mango (my husband doesn't like mangos). The salsa was AMAZINGLY good. I would have eaten it by itself if it wasn't too hot for my tatstes! I expected the sandwich to be just as hot, but I was pleasantly surprised when it was only slightly hot and did not ruin the taste at all!! I will be making this recipe again!
