This is an easy, delicious way to prepare chicken. The rice was very flavorful and the chicken was tender and moist! I used the same pot on the stovetop for the browning and sauteeing and then put it right in the oven, which saved a dish. I also added cumin and chili powder to the flour mixture and did not use any additional salt; the broth is plenty salty. I think next time I will use a little more rice, as the rice seemed just a little overcooked to me, and I would have liked a bit more rice anyway. (There was plenty for 2 people, but I like extra.)
