Smothered Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2011
I made this last night and It was GREAT!!! I took the advice from others. I cooked the bacon first. I then took two tablespoons of bacon drippings and a small amount of oil and added it to the brown sugar and cooked the onions in it. I then cooked the chicken in the bacon drippings for about 8-10 min.. each side. I then placed them on a cookie tray - placed the shredded cheese on, then the bacon, then the onions and then more cheese - i then covered it with foil - allowing the sides to stay somewhat open so that the cheese would not stick to the top and cooked it in the oven for 12 min at 380 degrees. It CAME OUT GREAT!!!!!! AWESOME!!! I WILL BE MAKING THIS AGAIN AND AGAIN!!!!

Oven Baked BBQ Ribs

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2011
I made these last night and they were great!!! My boyfriend who only likes a certian BBQ sauce had them and could not get enough of them! the only thing i changed was the salt - i only used half of what the recipe calls for. Since Ketchup has tons of salt in it - i thought 4 more teaspoons would be to much. It came out perfect! Thank you for posting this - i will be using it again

If I could give this a 1,000 stars i would! This was great! I did not have to change anything on here which is a first. It came out so good. We talked about it all night how good dinner was and how much we wished we had left overs for tomorrow. Thanks so much! This is a keeper!

Baked Penne with Italian Sausage

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2011
I made this last night and LOVED IT. I had to adjust the receipe a little bit due to not having all the ingredients. I did not use the wine and instead of tomato paste - I used a half of jar of olive oil and garlic barilla pasta sauce. I used a can of diced tomatoes with garlic and herbs and I used two full cups of shredded mozz cheese. This is mainly because I love cheese. It came out great!! Thanks for sharing!!!!!
