Kahlua Cake Bites

Reviewed: Feb. 11, 2014
These were a huge hit!!! I froze mine for six hours and they were still list and sticky but they tasted Great. When I got tired of dunking them in chocolate, I just used regular icing and iced each of them as if they were tiny cup cakes. I made them tonight for the first time and they went quickly and people want me to make them again soon. Thanks so much for posting this recipe. Love It!!

Kahlua® Pumpkin Cheesecake

Reviewed: Feb. 11, 2014
This was a very simple recipe to follow and it was quite delicious. I didn't care that mine cracked in the middle but when I tried to remove the spring form pan, it cracked all along the sides. Then I realized that I forget to spray the pan and sides with Pam, so it was completely my fault. Thanks so much for posting this recipe. I'll definitely make it again!! Yummy!!

Hearty Vegetable Lasagna

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2014
I've made this twice now for different friends and everyone loves it. Next time, I'm making one just for me!! It's a huge hit with carnivores and vegetarians. I followed the advice from other reviewers and added carrots, celery, onions, garlic, yellow & green zucchini and orange & green peppers to the sauce. That's an excellent way to sneak in more veggies. Now I use that as my go to recipe for sauces. Also, I used sliced mozzarella instead of shredded and added spinach to the ricotta. Delicious!! Thanks so much for posting this recipe. YUMMY!!

Butter Cookies V

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2011
I made them exactly as the recipe said, rolled them and stored them in the refrigerator for several days. I cooked them for 5 minutes and they came out like thin wafers. Yummy but I don't know what I did wrong.

Chocolate Banana Cream Pie

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2010
I modified this and used a graham cracker pie crust, banana pudding instead of vanilla and it came out runny - delicious but runny. I also substituted hot fudge topping for the bottom layer and froze that for two hours before adding the top layer. I will keep reading these reviews for suggestions so next time it doesn't come out runny. I'll definitely make it again.
