My Crab Cakes

These are the best crab cakes I've ever had. They have a wonderful texture and a great spice. I followed some other reviewer's suggestions and used 2 6oz cans of crab, 2 eggs, and 20 Ritz crackers. I also cut the cayenne, but that's just my preference. They turned out really delicious and I will be making these again! (They taste even better with aioli. Yum!)

Grilled Sausage Patties with Peppers and Onions

I used links instead of patties and it tasted wonderful. It fell apart a little, but that's because I cut up the links and used a hamburger bun instead. The taste was great, though.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

I cut the recipe by a lot so it would be one serving, but it came out great! However, my filets were very thin so I only broiled them 1.5 minutes on each side. Also, I added more cheese, cut out a bit of butter, and added paprika. I also substituted garlic powder for onion powder. It was very tasty!

Connie's Zucchini "Crab" Cakes

Oh my god, these were the best things ever. I made these for my vegetarian boyfriend and he gobbled all of them up. I partially drained the zucchini, but had no problems with them not sticking together. I will definitely be making these again.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

These are the best sugar cookies I've ever had. I added a half cup more sugar and they tasted a lot better, but not too sweet.

Old Fashioned Coconut Cream Pie

This pie came out very good, but it seemed like it was missing something. I used a can on coconut cream and enough half and half to make it the right amount instead, like another reviewer suggested, and it tasted good. I just can't pin what was missing.

Corn and Crab Cakes

These are absolutely delicious! However, I omitted the Tabasco because I can't do hot. Also, instead of using seasoned breadcrumbs, I used plain and then seasoned the cakes myself with Italian seasoning, paprika, dry mustard, and celery salt. They came out extremely delicious!
