Mulligatawny Soup I
I made this recipe two days in a row for dinner! My fiance absolutely loved it! He is not a big fan of soup but this recipe convinced him to have it again the next day. I definitely added more curry powder, and used saltless chicken broth because it gave me a better idea of how much salt I want. The heavy cream at the end is a must in my opinion. It makes the soup more wholesome. Next time I am going to try it with some crusty bread or roti. I added cumin powder and instead of dried thyme I used fresh thyme. I added about a half a teaspoon of thyme when I poured the broth to the veggies.

California Chicken Spaghetti
My girlfriend and I really enjoyed this recipe. I was worried it would be too dry, but it wasn't at all when using the appropriate amount of pasta. I also drizzled a small amount of extra virgin olive oil over it when finished. The Cajun spice I bought wasn't spicy enough, unfortunately. Next time I'll make sure it's a little hotter. Also, I think the addition of zucchini with the tomato would be delicious.
