Im a young chef that recent really started heatin up the kitchen i enjoy baking cakes, pies, breads and cereal bars. I love track and field cause it balances my athletic hunger cravin. I plan on attending johnson and wales but im enjoying high school right now. Oh and ill take any recipes on any dish especially any including apples there sooo tasty.
My favorite things to cook
I am truely a go getter ill cook, bake, stir fry anyhing and everthing im very open to new ideas and recipes and im not afraid to mess up or try again. i do love pastries and my favorite is cinnamon rolls i jus love the flavor and the heavenly aroma they have. As far as meat goes i love working with Turkey and Beef there jus so much you can do to them to better bring out the flavor and plus everyone likes a good burger.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I know youve heard this a 100000s times but i learned everything by watching and helping my grandma shes the best cook i know and also a wonderful friend. Shes helped me along the way from suppling me with new kitchen appliances to showing me better ways to improve my dish.

My cooking tragedies
My fails: Feb- i forgot to put cooking spray in both my pans for my competition and had to start all over cuz the cakes didnt COME OUT rite urggh but i still got 2nd with my redos! April- Made these graham cracker muffins and tried to sub and change around alitte too much and they came out sticking to the prepared holder and were only decent when heated nex time ill try to get more of the right ingredients

Easy Chocolate Chip Pound Cake
Great cake i used this as a welcome home cake for my friend and she absolulty loved it i did use milk instead of water and make it a two layer cake and it was the best
