Amazing. Loved it. The cheesecake turned out very light and airy and the cookie soften just slightly but was still firm. I added 1 tsp of vanilla like so many ppl suggested.

It's Chili by George!!

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2013
AMAZING!! I made it on the stove top and it came out perfect. About 2 hours of cook time and I left the cover off for the last 30 min of cook time to thicken it up. My modifications were: -substituted tomato juice for diced tomatoes -cooked the onions in with ground beef -added 2 tblsp of brown sugar (instead if white sugar) -tripled all seasoning EXCEPT chili powder & Cayenne pepper -added some raw mushrooms Came out the perfect spiciness. My almost max level and my hubby's mild level. Lots of flavor and is a nice hearty stew. Next time ill add some more green pepper and that's about it. Excellent recipe. Love love love it. Thanks so much!

Marie's Easy Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2013
This is amazing! Super easy and requires minimal prep work and involves alot of groceries that most people have in "stock" regularly. I followed the rating that was most helpful (it was by lyrica42) and it turned out so well. I also only put the veggies in half way through the cooking time so they wouldnt be complete mush. YUM

Mocha Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2013
Fantastic recipe! Perfect amount of banana (i used 3 large bananas), perfect amount of chocolate chips and very nice and moist! I would reduce the sugar by just a bit (maybe by a 1/4 cup) and add more coffee (I did 3 table spoons of regular coffee - will up that to 5). Even though I think it needs a couple modifications I will keep this rating at 5 star because they are still really good as is and I just want to tweek it to suit my taste buds.

Banana Chip Muffins I

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2012
It was an okay recipe. Got me through in a pinch but definitely was a little odd compared to the normal banana chocolate chip muffins I enjoy. Not sure what it is... I even added an extra 1/2 cup of banana and the vanilla and it was still slightly odd.

Aunt Norma's Rhubarb Muffins

Reviewed: Jun. 9, 2012
They taste amazing!!! The cooking time is perfect. HOWEVER, here are a few critiques: a) the topping is very hard to "sprinkle" over the top of the muffins cuz its so wet b) there is not alot of topping (just enough for 18/19 muffins) c) and i only got 17 muffins out of this, NOT 24. And my muffins are not very big either. I also added an extra cup of rhubarb (so 2 1/2 cups of frozen rhubarb) and it is perfect. Love this recipe.

Butter Icing for Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2011
Its fast and simple to make which is great. I made a few changes to improve it, so these are the changes I made: 1 tsp of PURE vanilla extract, 4 tablespoons of butter and 2-3 tablespoons of milk. But I still found it too sweet and tasted too much like wet icing sugar. But it worked as a last min icing recipe!

Rhubarb Strawberry Crunch

Reviewed: Jun. 4, 2011
This was so easy and fast to make. It tasted amazing and my guests raved about it. :) Loved it. I cut the sugar back to 1/2 cup and it was perfect. However, it does take more than 15 min of prep time if you have to cut up your berries & rhubarb!!

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Apr. 9, 2011
Very time consuming but well worth it. I would recommend making a double batch of the sauce anytime you make it that way the next time you go to make it half your work is done already. It is delicious - can't wait to have it again. The sausage adds such a nice touch to it. Yum.

Very very good. I followed other people's review and put extra banana and 1 cup of sugar and put baking SODA in as well. And it turned out great. I would say almost a little too sweet. But it was light and fluffy and sweet.

Ooey-Gooey Cinnamon Buns

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2011
Amazing :) My only critic is that these belong in a bigger pan than 9x13!! It is way too small and the rolls end up squished. I stole a few suggestions from others, such as: to cut the rolls without mashing the dough take a piece of thread, slide it under the roll, cross the thread and pull quickly. For the sauce I used 1 1/4 cup of butter with 1 1/4 cup of brown sugar instead of the 3/4s of each that is suggested. And I did not melt the butter that you spread on the inside of the dough, I just used extremely soft butter and rubbed that onto the dough with my hands which made the filling alot more ooey gooey. :) But still an amazing recipe.

Amazing! Oh my gosh the flavours that come out of the meat as you bite into it are heavenly. The wine flavour is great. We cooked ours on low for 8 hrs and it was amazing. Next time I want to add veggies to it. I just told my husband that this needs to be a weekly meal :)
