Key Lime Pie VII
I have tried a lot of key lime pie recipies over the years and this was by far my favorite. Everyone LOVED it. I am not a big fan of actual key limes so I used regular limes. As suggested by several reviewers, I also stuck to 2 cans of sweet and condensed milk rather than 3 cans. I can't wait to make this pie again!

Sangria by the Pros
This ended up being a HUGE hit at a New Years party! As others suggested, I doubled the recipe (using an inexpensive Pinot Noir) and kept the fruit about the same. I also ended up leaving the pineapple and cherries out, and used 2 apples (one green and one red). It was not quite sweet enough for my taste when all was said and done, so I added some sugar and the lemon lime soda (20oz botttle). Let's just say that I can't wait to make this again!!!!!!

Buffalo Chicken Dip
Great recipe. Everyone loved it! I also used 2 bonless skinless chicken breasts rather than canned meat. I was lazy and used a food processor rather than shredding the chicken and it turned out ok, but I will not use a food processer to shred the chicken again. Instead of cheddar, I used 2 cups of the 4 cheese mexican cheese mix and mixxed one cup in the dip, and covered the top with one cup. Instead of using the slow cooker, I baked in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes (as someone else suggested) in a 13 X 9 glass baking dish.
