Pineapple Cheesecake Squares

LOVE IT!!! Have made this several times, and EVERYONE loves it. Making it again tomorrow, but am gonna use 2 cans of crushed pineapple.

Orange Cranberry Biscotti

Made these last yr for Christmas, and they were Dee-Lish!!! Like others, I used OJ and subbed walnuts for the almonds. Also used fresh cranberries. Making them again today...love 'em!

Not only delicious, but super E-Z! I absolutely LOVE this pie. I got this recipe from my mother in law (well, now x-MIL) a long time ago and make it very often. Like another reviewer, I only use an 8oz tub of Cool Whip (whipped topping). I also prefer to freeze the pie which is great on those hot summer days! Definitely a keeper! Only rated 4 stars as I really think that a 16oz tub of whipped topping would be way too much and take away from the tartness of the lime.

Ambrosia Fruit Salad

I tried this recipe as written, but was a little disappointed. My aunt used to make ambrosia every year for Christmas, and everyone loved it! So, when I found this recipe, I was really excited to make it...slight let down :( This recipe is similar to my aunt's version, except there is no fruit cocktail, cinnamon, or nutmeg, and instead of cool whip, sour cream is used...and that is the "ULTIMATE AMBROSIA" recipe. In fact, I guess I should post it, so everyone can enjoy this awesome recipe!

Basil Chicken and Pasta

Just looking at the ingredients, it's just another version of an Alfredo Sauce. It was OK, but as others did, I made many alterations. And really isn't fair to rate when so many changes are made. I'm rating 3 stars, because I am rating the recipe "as is".

Sharon's Scrumptious Souvlaki

Recipe was "pretty good"...not "bad", but prefer another recipe. I have been cooking many years, but don't comment/post much.Had to comment on this because Never, Ever had Souvlaki without FETA CHEESE. Only read a handful of comments, but was surprised no one else said the same. This recipe also seemed like a combined recipe for Gyros/Souvlaki.I am making Souvlaki for dinner tonite, but will DEFINITELY stick to my own recipe. Try to find time to post later and hope others enjoy. mangiare, mangiare! (pronounced Mon-ja)

Buffalo Style Chicken Pizza

This recipe was just OK. I don't know why I even tried this one, because I have been making "Buffalo Chicken Pizza", for several years now, and am happy with my "5-Star" recipe! I will post later when I have more time. One thing I would like to say though, is that my recipe is close to the changes that "love to eat" made. I pre-bake my crust, I use Ranch (a good Ranch) Dressing instead of Bleu Cheese, and not a whole bottle, and I use a combo of Monterey Jack and Cheddar Cheese. But, to each his own ;)
