Chicken In Basil Cream

SO GOOD!!! My husband is a very picky eater and he had seconds of this. I did butterfly my chicken breast and that is the only change I made. Severed it over mashed potatoes and the sauce was GREAT on them as well!!

Delicious Cranberry Sauce

I thought this was great! I don't usually like Cranberry sauce but I love this! The only thing I did was grate a cinnamon stick for the cinnamon and then boil it with the rest of the stick in it. Pulled it out after boiling was done before I mashed it. I will be making this again and again for years to come!!
