Stinging Nettle Soup

Reviewed: May 24, 2010
This is so easy to make and tastes great. I ate it as a soup, but plan to use the leftovers on pasta as a previous reviewer suggested. I will also use low salt chicken broth next time as it was just a little salty for my taste.

My family loved it. Very easy to make and it wasn't too tart for us as others have expressed. Thanks!

Pepper-Honey Cedar Plank Salmon

Reviewed: May 26, 2010
This is a great recipe. I made two large salmon fillets and they were devoured. The sauce is especially good. I didn't change a thing. Thanks so much!

Rhubarb Crisp

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2010
I've made it twice following the recipe exactly except used frozed rhubarb. Turned out great both times. Served it with vanilla ice cream. Yumm!

Cream of Broccoli Soup V

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2010
I loved it and will make it again. I didn't have celery, so I used a Bok Choy that I had. I pureed the soup before adding the mozzarella. It was great!

I used my homemade spruce tip syrup instead of maple syrup and added some ginger as suggested from a previous post. Very delicious!!
