Cream Cheese Frosting II
I have been making this recipe for years from this page and I just have to say: USE MEXICAN VANILLA it is SO MUCH BETTER that it's ridiculous. I have a huge bottle of aged Mexican Vanilla that was given to me by my great grandmother years ago. I never had any idea how amazing it was until we moved again this year and my Vanilla accidentally got packed into a box and stuck in storage. I made this frosting with my sister's ordinary vanilla extract and the result is tasty but the flavor was missing something and I realized it's the deliciousness of my amazing Mexican Vanilla. It just plain tastes better.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
I can't get these to come out good. I've tried them several times and they usually come out chewy instead of fluffy. If anyone can help me figure out why they are chewy for me, I'd really love to learn to make fluffy, delicious pancakes instead. :( I follow this recipe exactly except I can't sift the flour because I don't have a sifter. I've made fluffy pancakes before in the past and I never had a sifter then either, but now I don't remember how I did it. But since I've never used a sifter, I don't imagine it is REQUIRED for fluffy pancakes. (Even if it makes them fluffier.) Any help?

Clone of a Cinnabon
Mine came out kinda crunchy/hard. They were edible but not fluffy and delicious. I don't know what went wrong. What would cause that? I let the dough rise until it was doubled then rolled it out and followed all the instructions... My yeast is fresh, just opened the jar today. Why would they not fluff up right? Can anyone help answer this? Cinnamon rolls are my mate's favorite and I wanna master them!
