French Bread Rolls to Die For
Very impressive result - good rise, slightly crusty, nice flavour. Theses rolls also look the part - even better than bought ones. I made 18 rolls from the quantities outlined - which made just the right size of roll to use at dinner or as a sandwich-type roll to be filled for lunch.

Shearers' Mince and Potato Hot Pot
Fabulous comfort dish suitable for the cooler months. Like others I would suggest either draining the meat after cooking or cooking for longer to get rid of excess moisture. This has a high fat content with the butter - also like others I suggest using half of the butter quantity. I plan to cook this again with these slight amendments but in summary - a fabulous, filling cooler weather dish, economical and quick to prepare.
