Molten Chocolate Cakes With Sugar-Coated Raspberries

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2012
This recipe couldn't be easier and more delicious! I followed the instructions and even used cheaper Sunny Select chocolate chips that were God knows how old and the cake still turned out delicious and fell out of their molds perfectly. I burnt my tongue eating the hot molten center. This would be perfect for the upcoming Valentine's day!

Chocolate Mint Whoopie Pies

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2011
I added an egg to this recipe because the dough came out too dry. I put it into a piping tube in order to pipe them out evenly. The frosting is pretty tasty.

Hong Kong Style Egg Tarts

Reviewed: May 8, 2010
its good but it doesnt taste the way the restaurants do w/ their flakey dough. make sure you dont put too much or too little dough, i accidentally made my first batch too thick. i found that the filling recipe made a lot more filling that i actually needed. i also tried the egg tarts II recipe and found that it tastes alike.

Strawberries with Balsamic Vinegar

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2010
i've had balsamic vinegar strawberries before in a restaurant served w/ vanilla ice cream. that's what i did today along with a chocolate souffle. my bf was skeptical but the sourness of the strawberries went well with the sweet richness of the souffle and the hot souffle went well with the cold berries and ice cream

this is great. refreshing. my mom likes to eat the chips alone w/o the fruit, but both are really good. i made this for a potluck.

One Bowl Brownies

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2010
this was good but the amt of chocolate needs to be increased bc 1 oz of chocolate isnt enough, mine came out light brown and tasting more like just sugar than chocolate. the texture was good however. i would add cocoa powder in addn next time.
