Swedish Meatballs I
I substituted evaporated milk for 3/4 cup milk and 1/3 cup melted butter for the sauce. I added 2 teaspoons garlic and 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. I did not make my own meat balls; instead I bought frozen Italian meatballs. My family loved it!

Brown Sugar Meatloaf
I never thought that meatloaf could taste this good. I never liked meat loaf but I think if I was served this recipe during my childhood it would have been one of my favorites. I substituted 3/4 cups Italian bread crumbs for the saltine crackers, added a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce to the brown sugar and ketchup mixture, and substituted a packet of onion soup instead of an onion. I also put the sauce on top of the loaf (I wouldn't change any of the other ingredients though). Turned out perfect. It was so yummy that I had my kids comment on how much they liked it. Thank you for the recipe.

Bill's Sausage Gravy
Oh my god, this is perfection. I love sausage gravy and had to try this recipe. I didn't bother taking the sausage out of the pan but instead added the whisked flour and milk to it (I used 1% milk). I didn't use maple sausage though. I didn't have any on hand so I'll have to try it with the maple sausage some other time. I kept adding the salt and pepper to achieve the taste I wanted. The cook is always allowed to test the food:) Thank you for the recipe.
