This is a great starter recipe, I think. I made quite a few changes because I like to use healthy ingredients and I wanted it to have more flavor. I used half whole wheat flour, olive oil instead of vegetable, raw honey instead of sugar, and sea salt. i had just juiced fresh vegetables and fruits and wanted to use the pulp for something, so instead of blueberries i added the pulp from carrots, blueberries, kiwi, and apple. i also added a teensy bit of my juice, about 1/4 cup, and about 1/2 cup of organic blueberry yogurt. then a pinch of cinnamon. the topping was messier since i used honey, but tasted fantastic.
