This cake recipe was a little more on the difficult side. I made a few changes to make it easier, and I advise you do the same, because it really works! - I used 4 whole eggs instead of 8 egg whites, and I used powdered sugar to make the sugar and butter become fluffier. If you are like me, and want to make this healthier, you can use a butter substitute instead of the real thing. I used I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S NOT BUTTER baking sticks. It works the same as other butters, just a bit better for you. In my opinion, this was extremely tasty, but just a little hard to make. But, with my changes, hopefully your turnout will be as easy as it was for me!
