Sauceless Garden Lasagna

I followed the recipe exactly, (used pasta found in the deli section, not no cook pasta in a box). Everyone commented on how flavourful it was; it was a huge hit. Hubby had 3 large pieces; I know that I will be making this again. Thanks for sharing the recipe.

Zucchini Patties

I had extra zucchini shredded after I made a loaf so I decided to try this. I made my with bread crumbs after someone had suggested that. Everyone liked it very much. I think I cooked them up a little to small, next time I will try to make them larger in diameter.

This is really moist and delicious. I cut the oil in half and it still turned out really nice. I took the suggestion of another reader and added some nutmeg as well. Tasted wonderful, thanks for sharing.

Sweet Potato Pie I

I have made this a couple of times and everyone loves this pie, it is worth boiling the potato and then making the pie right away from there. You won't be dissappointd when you make it.

Pretzel Turtles

Made these at Christmas and gave as gifts in food baskets. This is really nice and alternative way for me to make these than the traditional melting chocolate for molds. Very simple and good.

Cabbage Roll Casserole

This tastes like my moms cabbage rolls. I changed it a little by reducing the broth, doubling the sauce and I used more pepper, also I put 1/2 ground beef and 1/2 ground pork to change it up a bit. Everyone loves this when I make it, simple and stick to your bones meal

Baked Kale Chips

The first time I made this my children could not believe that it was kale. This is a favourite in our home, my daughter now makes it all the time. She works in a grocery store and someone came through her till with kale and commented on it, the customer couldn't believe she even knew what kale was. As soon as she said what we make with it, she was so excited and wanted the recipe from my daughter. It turns out that this person pays a lot of money buying it in the health food store. She even went home and came back with a sample. My daughter likes this recipe better than a store bought.

I have cut the green onions and peppers the night before and then prepare the egg mixture the next morning. These taste wonderful. I have also made them the night before and have the family warm them up in the morning.

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

I have made this so many times and it is a hit everytime I serve it. I even made it for my husbands lodge night and all the men raved about it. It one of our favourites. Really good for superbowl and parties too. We use the leftovers to make pulled pork pizza, with red onions and the barbeque sauce again. Great.

Sauerkraut Salad
