This is a delicious recipe. I was worried because I am not a vinegar fan, but all the ingredients just work together for a tasty wonderfulness. I did make a few changes to make it fit our lifestyle better: I doubled the recipe and used low sodium soy sauce, (8) boneless-skinless chicken thighs, 2 rounded tablespoons of cornstarch, 1/2 cup of Splenda granules, and 1/2 cup of Splenda brown sugar blend. It did not taste weird from the sugar substitutes at all. It was simply delicious! We also like spicy, so I rounded the ginger and black pepper spoonfuls. I could definitely pick out the ginger taste, but the pepper only gave it a hint of spiciness without making it taste peppery. This is going to be a new "go to" recipe in our household!
