Six Week Bran Muffins
I never thought I could love a BRAN muffin...boy was I wrong!!!! This recipe is awesome. When I made my first batch, I thought "I can put berries in it to make them more flavorful or moist." But after tasting them, I have never needed or wanted to change the recipe!

Crab Cakes III
I found them difficult to get them to stay together while cooking. But the taste was so fabulous that I didn't care!

Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball
Fabulous! Even my husband (who HATES cream cheese) loved this! I used pecans on the outside the first time, but found that it was a bigger hit with mini chocolate chips (like the photo) the second time I made it.
