Avocado and Edamame Dip

Reviewed: May 18, 2010
OK..this is my first review and I'll be the first to review this. Loved it! Very healthy and tasty. I experimented @ a family gathering and got great reviews. My husband wanted to keep it all for himself and asked me to make it again. Sister-in-law suggested an additional avocado...may try next time.

Great change for grilled chicken. I used chicken breasts and marinated for approximately three hours. Moist and great flavor. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2014
Used Bragg's Amino due to gluten sensitivity. Used it as a stir fry and found it too salty. After adding more water and cornstarch, will make again.

Fresh Asparagus and Chicken Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2014
Seemed like a good idea because I had the ingredients. I usually read the reviews first, this time I did not. I agree that it was bland and watery. The oregano and celery seemed out of place. My husband was excited when he saw it and exclaimed "turkey tettrazini." Not even close even with adding some additional ingredients in order to "save it."

Slow Cooker Creole Black Beans and Sausage

Reviewed: May 23, 2013
Yum, on a rainy day. Used 1 pound presoaked dry beans, one pound smoked turkey kielbasa. The rest of the ingredients were added as written. Served with cornbread and choice of toppings. My husband chose shredded cheese. I chose sour cream and cilantro. Will make again. May add cumin next time. Thank for the recipe and all the input.

Portuguese Kale Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2012
My husband loved it, even though I substituted beef broth and used turkey kielbasa. I did add some garlic and bay leaf. He wants the recipe so he can make it himself. Hmmm...okay, so 5 stars from my husband.
