These were easy to make, but too bland for my family. Next time, I will use more salt in the dough and maybe add some pepper as well. I also had a problem with them being way too thick, but that's my fault, as it was the first time I've ever made homemade noodles and I found it difficult to get them thin enough for my taste. Plus, I'm cooking at high altitude and that always makes cooking new things a challenge! I'll definitely try making these again, with a bit of tweaking.
