Citrus Scallops I
as suggested, used less oranges. Lots of flavor. Makes a nice sauce. Keep red peppers slightly crunchy for good texture.

Healthy Turkey Loaf
as suggested I doubled recipe, used approx. 1/2 tsp. lemon/pepper, cooked at 375 for 50 mins. temp was over 165 . hubby likes ketchup. Yuck I liked it the way it was.
