Balsamic Roasted Pork Loin

This is really a keeper! Tender and very flavorful. Only used half of the marinade in roasting. I think the difference in reviews has to do with the balsamic vinegar used. I used a very high quality Italian vinegar which gave it a rich (not vinegary) taste - though I have to admit that I had serious doubts when it was cooking!
