Apple Oatmeal Crisp

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2010
This recipe is so good! I followed it almost to a t. However, I didn't peel my apples and it still turned out great. I used granny smith and gala apples because that's what we had in the fridge.

Cheese Garlic Biscuits II

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2010
these were good but not nearly as much garlic flavor as i like. I would add more garlic to the dough next time.

Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2010
This turned out really good! I was unsure if it would be too runny but as soon as you shred the chicken, it soaks it right up.

Potato Soup I

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2010
I made this recipe and it turned out really great! The only complaint I had was that it was very runny. I ended up adding about a cup of flour and the entire package of dry potato flakes. I also added corn and about 15 min before I took it off the stove I added pre packaged biscuit dough to the soup (cut into quarters) This added a nice heartiness to the soup and made it more of a thicker consistency. You will need to add salt and pepper and other spices though, as it is kind of bland.
