The rum sauce recipe is AMAZING!!! I used another bread pudding recipe with it, but I think I will try this recipe next time.

Bread Pudding II

Delicious!!!! I did use a water bath to bake it. I also used raisin bread too with a handful of pecans thrown in. Lastly, topped it off with a vanilla rum sauce.

Italian Easter Cookies

So yummy. OMG!!!! Delicious. I wish I could give it more stars. This is a REAL winner. I made only a dozen to test the recipe. I think these cookies can be made without the icing and served with a sweet hot drink. Thanks Kelly!!!! BTW: I sifted the flour and confectioners' sugar.

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 18, 2011
At first I scored the recipe 3 stars and that was after eating the cookie warm. I ate one a day later and it was SUPER!!!!! BTW: Increasing the baking soda and flour are definitely needed.

Cheese Souffles

It was ok. The taste was too bland. I might try this again but add some green onions and a herb. It looked great though. Definitely needed salt.

Country Scones

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2011
Very, very delicious. The texture was perfect for me. I ate a piece already. A piece fell to the floor and my dog gobbled it down and is barking for more. Definitely will not waste this on the dog. I can't wait for me husband to get home from work to taste this. WORTH THE TIME AND EFFORT which was not alot. Thanks Martha.

Dessert Crepes

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2011
These are worth 5 stars and more. Very easy!!! I made them for my Belgian husband and his son, and they loved them. Thanks Ann57 BTW: Mix all the dry ingredents first then add to the wet ingredents. Make sure you melt the butter well or you will get lumps of butter in your batter and add last.

Oh yeah!!!!!! This is a winner. OMG!! It is so delicious and moist. I reduced the recipe to 5 servings; it is only for my husband and I. I skipped the frosting/icing because my hubby does not like it.

These were great; more work than I thought, but great! I used only ONE egg based on the other comments. They went perfect with the bloodworst I cooked.

Plain Cake Doughnuts

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2011
These were great to make. Easy and tasty. I used only nutmeg because my family does not like cinnamon. PAY ATTENTION TO THE COOKING TIME. My first 6 donuts were a little too dark and crunchy, but still ok to eat. They fry very quick!! Once I got the frying time down, they were perfect. I powdered them with powdered sugar; YUMMY!

Apple Crisp II

Very simple and tasty when you want something sweet. I used apples that were soft; not too fresh. Whipped cream or ice cream on top is a great addition.

Rich Chocolate Frosting

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2010
EXCELLENT!!!!! I had to alter the amount; WAY TOO MANY SERVINGS unless you are feeding an ARMY. I divided the recipe by 4 and made what I needed to frost cupcakes. My Belgian husband was licking the bowl, spoon, etc. Yum Yum!!!! BTW: MAKE SURE YOU SIFT THE SUGAR AND THE COCOA AT LEAST ONE TIME; SIFTING TWICE WILL GIVE YOU A SMOOTHER TASTING FROSTING.
