Aussie Lime Pie

I enjoyed the pie. It is one of my favorites now. Made exactly as the recipe called for. You have to like tart pies and coconut and oats. Which I do. The rest of my family did not like it either the tartness or the coconut in the crust. I froze individual pieces and they defrosted great. The taste was exactly as a fresh piece of the pie. I would give it a 5 rating, but since the rest of the family did not like it I put 4

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

This is a great recipe. For those who do not have white pepper, I suggest buying some and check the difference in flavor in your cooking. I use white pepper in a few recipes. This recipe is a keeper

Lime Chicken Soft Tacos

Soo easy and soo good. Son is going back to college today and is taking this recipe with him. Healthy also. We don't even use the cheese. I use cilantro instead of oregano. You can even leave the sugar out. I forgot to put the sugar in and it tasted good. It does taste a little better after the sugar is added, so if you want to omitt the sugar it is even healthier.

Fresh Pineapple Upside Down Cake

I doubled the recipe and put it into a 14" round pan and baked for 55min at 325. The only thing I changed was I used light brouwn sugar instead of dark. I also used canned sliced pineapple in its own juice. Made for a silent auction at a High School function. It was a big hit and top seller. Beautiful looking cake. Wish I took a picture. Now I have to make one for the family.

Pork Chops to Live For

I am so happy to find this recipe. I also learned from my mother how to make these, but I bake them in a 350 oven for around an hour. They always taste better the next day. We used cream of celery and water instead of milk. I will try the milk. The cream of celery is not as salty as the mushroom, both are still good. I add some bell peppers as well . Great with mashed potatoes. You may want to use 2 cans of soup so you have plenty gravy to put on the potatoes. Love this recipe. I will teach my son in college how to make it in the slow cooker. Get everything prepared so all he has to do is put everything in the slow cooker. Go to school and come back to a nice meal. Yes I'll make the mash potatoes for him to just heat up in the microwave
