Restaurant-Style Potato Salad
This was really good! I wasn't going to use sugar, since I thought it would have been off, but after tasting it I realized it would def. need some. Added a small dash and it really was just fabulous. I love it. I'm editing to add in my changes and the reason for 3 stars: I used red potatoes instead of Russet, red onions instead of white, apple cider vinegar since i didn't have white wine (added to the sweetness, which lessened the need for sugar), skipped the mustard since I didn't have good dijon and skipped out on Pimento. Because i'm not too fond of parsley I subbed it out for cilantro instead. over all it was pretty good... i was hesitant about the relish, but that was a nice taste. I didn't measure a thing and just eyeballed every ingredient to make sure it balanced out with the ton of potatoes I made. (large family!!) I definitely think that increasing the amount of the veggies is necessary!!!

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings
I used this recipe today for my wings. It came out fabulous!! I didn't add the flour since I basically wanted the wings to be glazed, still fabulous.

Blue Cheese Dressing
This was an AWESOME recipe. I didn't really follow ingredient list just added things to taste and eyeballed certain things like the celery and onions. Didn't have sour cream so I subbed it for Yogurt. And used lime juice instead of lemon. It was STILL amazing! Definitely a keeper!
