Best Cream Of Broccoli Soup

Reviewed: Apr. 16, 2009
This is really good. I left out the celery since I did not have any on hand and it was still good. I plan on making this again and again.

Peanut Butter Cake V

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2008
Dry, dry, dry.......I threw out the whole cake. Yes it did have a good taste but not worth eating because it was so darn dry. I do not recommend this recipe to anyone.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: May 12, 2007
This was awesome! The only thing that I would do different next time is warm up the sauce before putting it on the fish. Other than that - perfectomundo!

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Reviewed: May 12, 2007
When I made the meal I totally forgot the sauce - what was I thinking? Anyway, the chicken was great without it but the next day we had the leftovers and I made the sauce by itself and poured it over the chicken - wow it was good. Next time I won't forget the sauce when cooking the chicken, I'm sure it will be more flavorful.

Coconut Flan

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2007
I made this recipe twice, the first time as written and I could barley taste the coconut. So the next time I made it I used 2 1/2 tsp. coconut extract & 1/2 tsp. of vanilla and it was much better - the coconut taste is perfect. I made it for a party of 20 and everyone said it was PERFECT. It takes 1 hr. & 20 minutes to cook if you use 1 large dish. Easy to make and definately a keeper!

Ground Beef Enchiladas

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2007
Wow!!!! These were totally awesome. My husband couldn't get enough of them and requested that I make them often. I did substitute the green onions with white onion and the yogurt with sour cream as others had suggested. I also put the tortillas in hot oil for 3 seconds on each side before wrapping them. Definately a keeper - thanks Vanessa!

Chocolate Italian Cream Cake

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2007
I don't usually give bad reviews but I did not care for this cake. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because others thought it was OK. I will NEVER make this cake again. If I want Italian Cream I will make that if I want Chocolate I will make that - they don't mix well together.

The Best Meatballs You'll Ever Have

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2006
Great Recipe! I used ground meat from a hog that I killed last year and I also baked the meatballs in the oven as others had suggested. 350 for 35 min. They were very tender and very flavorful.

Caldo de Res (Mexican Beef Soup)

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2006
I made this recipe exactly like it says and it was GREAT! The only thing that I would change is add a little bit more meat and slice the cabbage up in smaller pieces. Definately a keeper, I will make it again real soon.

Delicious Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2006
Wow this is a really good cookie - I can't stop eating them. I used the extra crunchy peanut butter so there were little bits of peanuts in the cookies, it added a nice crunch and burst of peanut flavor.

Maple Salmon

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2006
Wow...this was really good. I added crushed pecans (lots of them) on the top as someone else suggested. My husband said that it was definately restaurant quality. This is the ONLY way that I will cook my salmon from now on.
