The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

The absolute best recipe for sugar cookies so far! I was so excited when I took then out of the oven: they aren't the flat, crispy, crumbly cookies that I usually end up with!

Apple-Berry Pie

Turned out great! Substituted 1 1/2 tablespoons for the tapioca, added a pinch of nutmeg, used 1/2 cup white sugar and 1/4 brown, and used mulberries instead of blackberries... so I guess I ended up with a completely different pie than the recipe! But oh, it was soooo good... :D

Lemon Sugar Tea Cookies

Unfortunately, when I made these, I FORGOT to double the lemon extract when I doubled the recipe. So, they turned out as "Sugar tea cookies with a hint of lemon." They were still delicious: and the texture was perfect! Crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside! I can't wait to make them again (this time with ALL the ingredients), maybe with a citrus or lime drizzle on top....

Best Brownies

These were okay. I took into account that others found the frosting too sweet, so I omitted it. Instead, I lightly dusted them with powdered sugar to make them look a little nicer. Overall, the brownies were okay. They could had a little richer chocolate taste: they were a little bland. But maybe that's because I didn't use the frosting...

Frothy Orange Drink

I loved it! I used pinnapple-orange concentrate, because I was all out of orange, and I only used a little under a half cup of sugar. It turned out great! I'll make it again...maybe with a different concentrate!

Original Nestle® Toll House® Chocolate Chip Cookies

A good, classic recipe. They consistantly turn out delicious! However, I omit the nuts. I usually also use half a cup of normal butter and half a cup of margine, and I add about one-eighth a cup of flour. It makes the cookies alot less greasy.
