Snowballs II
I made these yesterday and I followed what other reviewers said, let the dough chill for an hour, then cooked them at 325 for 15-20 mins. They turned out wonderful!

Best Marinara Sauce Yet
This really is the best sauce yet. I did make some alterations, though. I used fresh tomatos instead of canned and omited the white wine because I do not have any. I also added 1 tsp italian seasoning. I used this as a dipping sauce for pizza rolls, with Pizza Dough III from this site. After 1st rising, I used a scale to portion out each roll, diced pepperoni and mozzerella cheese, and stuffed them. Let it rise another 30 mins. Then cooked them in a 550 F heated oven on a preheated pizza stone for 5-7 minutes per batch of rolls. Yummy!

Honey Wheat Bread I
I have made this 3 times now. This has become my bread recipe. I do as other reviewers suggested and double the yeast, use butter instead of shortening, and use 1/3 cup honey rather than only 1/4 cup. I never have whole wheat flour so I use regular all purpose flour in place of wheat flour. Awesome bread!
