Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2011
Yummmy! I love this cookie. Its soft, yet chewy. The batter taste amazing. You know when its an awesome chocolate chip cookie when you can eat the cookie without needing a lot of chocolate chips! _________________________________________ TIPS: 1. Use MINI chocolate chips, it enhances the flavor even more. More chips to every bite. 2. Also, its great to use SKORS brittle pieces = YUMMY! 3. When you're lazy, bake it in a 9X13 pan for 30-33 minutes! My friends call it "cookie logs" because they're delicious long cookies! 4. Or you can bake them in mini-muffin tins for less time. They're so cute and bite size :) My family and friends rave and crave for these "cookie logs" every weekend!

Cinnamon Rolls II

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2010
I really enJOYed preparing and baking the rolls. It was much easier in the bread machine on dough cycle. While baking, I used foil to cover the tops so they wouldn't bake too tough/dry! After you bake it, you might see the brown sugar on the bottom of the pan, but the taste of the rolls are still there! They turned out tasty--soft, fluffy, and gooey. The frosting is amazzzing! Its just perfect! It enhances the taste! Go for it! Have fun!

Cake Mix Cookies VIII

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2010
Wow! Easy and delicious! The cookies had a tremendous chocolate taste! The cookie stayed moist, and not that dry, crumbly texture! However, the cookies were moist and flat (it spread). Please use MINI CHOCO CHIPS! Its even better! I will bake these again but maybe add oats or flour so its a thick chocolate cookie.

Paula's Bread Sticks

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2010
Awesome! Addicting! It taste soft, tender, and slightly buttery. My modifications: (My first time) in a bread machine I used 2/3 cup water and 2/3 cup milk. 4 TB butter 2 cups bread flour 2 cups all purpose 2tsp salt 2 TB sugar 2 1/2 tsp yeast. I made them in rolls instead and waited for 30-45 mins to rise. Then baked for 5 mins then added garlic parmesan butter. Then baked for the remaining of the time. It was soft and had a crunchy exterior. The second time, I used the same recipe above, but used 4 cups all purpose flour. My bread sticks were soft on the outside and inside! It depends what texture you like! Sooo addicting and good! _____________________________________ Guess what? It gets even better! I used this dough for making pizza! Oh it was amazing. Roll out the dough in a pizza pan/cookie sheet. Place toppings: pizza sauce first and follow with veggies, then top with mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese! Bake at 450 for 13 mins-15 mins! Enjoy! My friends raved about this pizza and the bread sticks! Fantastic!
