Chicken Avocado Pizza

I love this pizza! I have made this numerous times and it always turns out great. I use a whole wheat crust and the only difference I made when making this pizza is with the chicken - while frying the chicken up I use fajita seasoning to give it extra flavour. Otherwise I find the pizza to be good but missing that extra flair and spice. The fajita seasoning on the chicken really helps. Awesome!

Barbecued Chicken Pizza

This is a great simple pizza. I made a couple minor changes - Once the chicken is half-cooked while frying, I'll throw in the onion and peppers and fry them all together for the last few minutes. This helps make the chicken more flavourful. I also spice the chicken with a bit of fajita seasoning or just some salt and pepper will work. I use Bullseye Original BBQ sauce. For the cheese, I used a combination of (all low fat) Monterey, Mozzarella and Cheddar. Pizza came out great! Next time I'll probably add some tomatos and try out a different BBQ sauce like Chipotle or smokey, perhaps throw some fried mushrooms in the mix as well.

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

My Dad was in town and being super busy with everything I didn't have a lot of time to make a great meal but this fit the bill perfectly. I followed the directions and used my fav Bullseye Hickory Smoke bbq sauce. It turned out amazing. Served it with fresh corn on the cob and baked potatoes. Everyone loved it! Thanks for an awesome easy recipie!

Emily's Chipotle Chili

I thought this was great, however next time I will probably omit entirely the 1tsp of salt - I found it to be quite salty, even though I made sure to use low-sodium ingredients where possible. Overall I thought it was great, but not quite spicy enough with mild italian sausage and 2 adobo peppers. The only other changes I made were instead of using two lbs of meat I opted to use an extra can of black beans as I prefer to lean slightly more to the vegetarian side of things.

Bacon, Potato, and Egg Taco Ole

I love breakfast tacos and they're one of the things I miss the most about Texan cuisine. To make this a little bit more lively, don't forget to add a dusting of chili powder & a touch of cumin!! Also, spicy chorizo from your local market also makes a great substitute for bacon!! These are complemented very well by some good salsa. Thanks!
