I am a stayn at home mom, i love my life, and even though i only have one child i am still busy day to day. I try to teach my son the glories of life and family. Our family loves food and i love to experiment , even if things don't work out, i still have fun! my husband says i cook waaaaaay too many casseroles. so i guess i would say that! around christmas we my family gets together and makes a dutch dish called "oile bolen" or oil balls. they are a deep fried batter ball that we sometimes put raisins in and then they are heavily coated in powdered sugar. so bad, but so good. we also make "appel floppa" witch are rings of apple slices deep fried and put icing sugar on them.
