Brown Sugar Smokies
This recipe seemed easy, so I dont know what went wrong. I did exactly as the recipe called for and after 25 minutes in the oven, the brown sugar was still in crystalized form. The bacon was getting hard and the brown sugar was not melting. We ended up brushing off the brown sugar and eating the hard bacon and overdone smokie. Will not be making again.
