I really cannot find anything wrong with this recipe - I followed it exactly, and it was phenomenal! Mine was a little tangy, b/c I used strawberry rhubarb fruit preserves, which I liked. Definitely recommend this one as a healthier alternative to party foods, that is what I used it for! Will definitely make this one again!

I cannot say enough about this recipe - it's so easy, and it's SO, SO good! It's sweet, but not too overpoweringly so; I took these to a holiday potluck just a couple days ago, and when I came back to get my platter, they were completely wiped out! And the ease of making them - literally, the hardest part is unrolling the crescent rolls, and like other reviewers have said, it doesn't have to be perfect b/c it all bakes together into perfect deliciousness! Highly recommended - and this recipe in particular, some others I've had have been a little too sweet... ENJOY!

I am new to couscous and have tried a couple recipes - I absolutely loved this one! BF said he could have gone with fewer cranberries, but other than that, wouldn't change a thing! And SO easy to throw together - this is staying in the recipe file, definitely! we did agree it was screaming for some kind of acid or brightness, may try adding something next time...

It was great - we just wanted something quick, nothing fancy. This fit the bill PERFECTLY. The only change I made was putting some chopped cilantro on top. Great stuff. I give it four stars b/c for the effort put in, it was delicious!

The flavor on the meat was GREAT - we made the sauce and cooked the meat in it, but we didn't use it at the end at all, since it didn't look very good... but the meat was so flavorful and juicy, we didn't even miss the sauce! Will definitely make this again... and it's SO easy!

I was actually surprised how good this was, especially for how easy it was to make - the tomatoes/chiles adds a GREAT touch!! I did use fresh mushrooms instead of canned, and added a little more Velveeta than it called for, but i don't think either of those things changed the recipe enough to say the original wasn't already very very good. Would definitely make this again.

this was very tasty, and very easy - I would make it a little less sweet, maybe a 3/4 to 1/4 mustard-to-honey ratio would be better. and i do have to admit, i didn't have dried basil or parsley, so I used thyme instead, and it was fantastic, but I don't think I changed the "essence" of the recipe with my small change - would definitely make again!

This was fantastic! I cooked my bacon, then started the butter in the leftover bacon drippings, so I think that really lent to the flavor. And I used 1/2 breadcrumbs and 1/2 panko. But other than that, I followed this recipe exactly and it turned out delicious! Served it over brown rice with broiled salmon - a fantastic accompaniment to the fish; def keeping this on the list for next time!

YUM, YUM, YUM - this one was great. I did follow the advice of other reviewers and doubled the sauce. I also added some honey and some soy sauce, so technically I change the recipe quite a bit, but this was a GREAT base to get my ideas rolling. And broiling was definitely the way to go cooking the salmon - it was cooked to perfection!

The only thing j would suggest is to use about 3/4 of the filling for inside the tortillas and use the rest as a topper... will make the cheese even gooier when adding it near the end of the baking time and keep the enchiladas from getting too crispy. But will DEFINITELY. make again, great recipe!!

I made this word for word what the recipe called for - and we decided it was a little bland. I'll try adding the can of mushroom soup next time, and maybe some garlic when sauteeing the meat/onions. Just didn't meet my expectations based on the version I ate coming up. Will try again and see how it goes.

I needed to use a can of evaporated milk that I accidentally opened when another recipe actually called for sweetened condensed milk - BIG difference! Anyway, I was scouring the internet for a recipe that used it that wasn't soup and wasn't dessert, and found this one. It was surprisingly good, kind of like a queso-y spinach dip with some Mexican flavor. You can eat it with tortilla chips or with bread, both are great. This would be a great app for a gatherin, would be easy to double/triple as needed. Honestly, for what it is, I wouldn't change anything; it's nothing fancy, but it's a good tasting, easy throw-down dip with minimal preparation.
